Private Coaching Terms

Private Spanish Coaching is offered by Alexandria's Design LLC under the Arepa Spanish brand. These terms apply to personal coaching. The digital course is a separate product with its own terms and refund policy.
1. Request and consultation
Submitting a request does not reserve a place or create a payment obligation. We review your goals and availability and normally respond within one to two business days. If there is a suitable fit, we offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs. Teaching and diagnosis begin in the first paid session.
2. Your coaching plan
Before you pay, you receive a written proposal identifying your instructor, goals, number and duration of sessions, agreed schedule and time zone, video-call platform, included preparation and follow-up, and complete price including any applicable charges. Availability is confirmed individually. Results depend on your starting point, participation and practice; we do not guarantee a particular outcome.
3. Sessions and package validity
Individual sessions last 50 minutes. The package period starts on the date of your first class:
- Focus: 4 sessions, to be used within 60 days.
- Momentum: 8 sessions, to be used within 90 days.
- Intensive: 12 sessions, to be used within 90 days.
Your first class and subsequent schedule are agreed before payment. Rescheduled sessions should take place within the package period. Unused sessions remain eligible for a proportional refund when that period ends. Custom programs have their scope and validity specified in the written proposal.
4. Rescheduling and missed classes
You can reschedule without charge by giving at least 24 hours' notice before the agreed start time. With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not attend, the session counts as used unless we agree to an emergency exception. Email learnarepaspanish@gmail.com to request a change.
5. If Arepa cancels
You may choose to reschedule at no charge or receive a refund for the affected session. If we cannot continue your program, the unused balance is refundable.
6. Refunds
You may request a proportional refund for unused sessions, including after the package period ends. Completed sessions and late cancellations or missed classes count as used under the rule above, except for an agreed emergency exception. We calculate the refund using the package price you paid; we do not increase the price of sessions already used. For example, if you use one session from a four-session package, the other three sessions represent 75% of the package price.
7. Acceptance and payment
Review and accept your written proposal and these terms before paying through the Stripe invoice or payment link we provide. Purchasing a package does not create an automatic renewal.
