Programs are priced individually based on the goal, number of sessions, preparation, participants, and instructor involvement. You receive the complete price and terms in writing before paying.
Is the 15-minute consultation a free lesson?
No. It is a short conversation to understand your goal, timing, and availability. Teaching and diagnosis begin in the first paid session.
Does submitting the form guarantee a place?
No. Availability is intentionally limited. We review each request and will tell you honestly whether the timing and goal fit our current capacity.
Is coaching included with Arepa Spanish Premium?
No. The self-paced course and private coaching are separate services. You can use either one independently, or combine them if that supports your goal.
Can two people or a family learn together?
Yes, when the participants have compatible goals and schedules. Select the duo or family option and describe who would participate.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule without charge with at least 24 hours of notice. A later cancellation or missed class counts as used, unless we agree to an emergency exception. If Arepa cancels, you choose between rescheduling and a refund for that session.
How long do I have to use my sessions?
Focus includes 4 sessions to use within 60 days. Momentum includes 8 sessions and Intensive includes 12, both to use within 90 days. The period starts with your first class, and your schedule is agreed before payment.
Can I get a refund for unused sessions?
Yes. Unused sessions are refundable in proportion to the package price, even after the package period ends. Completed sessions and late cancellations or missed classes count as used, except for an agreed emergency exception.
